How have you been enjoying the Steady Trade podcast? I love it. You know, honestly, it's just,

it's one of those things I look forward to it every week. That is, that is beautiful. That is

beautiful. And you have to hit us up. What is your favorite

takeaway or your favorite moment so far out of the five episodes? You know, so far, actually,

this most recent episode has been my favorite, simply because of just how important having a

good plan is, just how important it is to take the time and sit down and

figure out what you actually want to accomplish in a trade and I'm still struggling with that I

haven't even started live trading yet and I'm still struggling with that well and I tell you you know

so many you know and I talk about that a lot it's like it you know, so many people want to be impulsive and rush into trades.

And I mean, it takes it.

And I know your news, it'll take a little longer.

But, you know, it takes 30 seconds, a minute, a two minute.

You know, if you're willing to risk, you're risking real money and you can't take one minute to think this thing through, come on.

Right. Yeah, exactly. And it's one of those things. I mean, I'm sitting there this morning. I was sitting there yesterday morning. I was watching ECTY move. And I thought, you know, why is this moving? I can't figure it out.

And how would I handle it even if I was in it? And I actually just drew a blank. It was like I was so

transfixed just by watching the stock move. I couldn't even figure out how I would have positioned

in that. And I tell you, that's a great, you know, I stole this saying.

I can't remember who said it first, but, you know, sometimes they, right here, yeah.

You know, sometimes the best trade is no trade.
