1:17.7	gave in September of 2020. In that testimony, Comey told Senator Ted Cruz that he stood by testimony
1:24.0	from 2017, denying he authorized a leak of information.
1:29.0	Comey now charged with one count of making a false statement and one count of obstruction of a
1:34.5	congressional proceeding. He could spend up to five years in prison if convicted.
1:39.3	Now, Comey denies any wrongdoing, and he's vowing to fight the charges he now faces.
1:44.8	My family and I have known for years that there are costs to standing up to Donald Trump,
1:50.6	but we couldn't imagine ourselves living any other way.
