and final address to the UN General Assembly as President, a legacy defining moment

with new leadership set to take the reins and an election in just six weeks.

Speaking before world leaders in the UN Hall, President Biden highlighted his decades long foreign policy record,

building partnerships, expanding certain alliances, and rallying Western nations around Ukraine

in the face of Russia's unprovoked invasion.
