Hi there. Welcome to Meet the Press Now. I'm Ryan Nobles in Washington, and we begin with breaking news and a major setback for the Justice Department's prosecution of two of President Trump's political opponents. A federal judge

today dismissing the cases against former FBI director James Comey and current New York Attorney General

Letitia James. U.S. District Judge Cameron Curie ruling that the government's top prosecutor

in those cases, acting U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan, who was a former personal

attorney to Donald Trump, has been serving in her post unlawfully. That means the indictments

soon. And it is our position that Lindsay Halligan is extremely qualified for this position,
