House and Speaker McCarthy are turning from making a deal to raising the debt ceiling,

to selling that deal to anxious and angry members of their respective parties.

After days of back and forth negotiations, the President and the Speaker announced their

agreement over the weekend.

But Congress has to vote on the deal, and they need to do it before the deadline for
