1:09.0	After days of back and forth negotiations, the President and the Speaker announced their
1:12.8	agreement over the weekend.
1:14.5	But Congress has to vote on the deal, and they need to do it before the deadline for
1:18.5	government default.
1:19.5	That's one week from today.
1:21.8	Many President Biden is facing backlash from within his own party with the leader of
1:25.6	the Congressional Progressive Caucus warning the White House more than 100 lawmakers might
1:30.4	not support the deal.
