with President Trump striking a triumphant tone about the U.S. military operations,

which show no sign of slowing down, while claiming Iran is begging to make a deal to end the war,

all as he faces increased domestic pressure from rising energy prices and shaky public support

for the war. Today, President Trump held his first cabinet meeting since the

start of the conflict, repeating his claims that Iran is being obliterated and U.S. military

operations are ahead of schedule. The president also highlighting the ongoing indirect talks

between the U.S. and Iran. Here's some of what he said today.
