1:05.2	out of Georgia where just moments ago Nathan Wade resigned a special prosecutor
1:09.9	in former President Trump's election interference case.
1:13.0	His resignation came hours after Judge Scott McAfee ruled
1:17.0	that Fulton County DA, Fannie Willis, can remain on the case
1:21.0	as long as Wade stepped down. The judge ruled this morning
1:24.7	that the appearance of impropriety caused by Willis's romantic relationship with
1:28.8	Wade does not constitute a conflict that would require Willis to be disqualified.
1:34.4	It's a legal victory for Willis who has yet to put out a statement about the ruling,
1:38.2	but it comes at a cost to her professionally.
1:41.4	In his ruling, Judge McAfee writes, quote,
1:43.6	this finding is by no means an indication that the court
1:46.7	condones this tremendous lapse in judgment
1:49.4	or the unprofessional manner of the district attorney's
