Yeah. Welcome to meet the press now. I'm Kristen Welker. We are once again facing the fallout from a weekend of gun violence as the nation grapples with the mass shooting crisis that has become tragically American.

In Baltimore, two adults were killed and 28 other people were injured in a shooting at a block party early Sunday morning. More than a dozen of those hurt were minors. As the search for

suspects continues, police today calling on the community for help take a listen right now

our detectives are still working through interviewing every one of the victims we will continue to

pursue any leads so that's why we need to help from the community because we have only touched

some of the video that's out there. Everyone had their cameras working,

had their phones working, and there's much more video out there that we have to look at.

Police also say they fear there could be a cycle of violent retaliation kicked off by this

weekend shooting as they tried to determine whether this incident was in response to a prior incident earlier in the week.

We have a crime meeting that's going on right now while we're having the press conference where all our commanders are talking about what happened between over the weekend and would happen between Monday and Wednesday.

Now, just hours after the shooting in Baltimore, seven people were shot when a gunman opened fire in a nightclub in Wichita, Kansas.

One person is in custody, and police say it appears gunshots came from at least four firearms. So far this year,
