0:56.1	president is once again bracing for another indictment and potential arrest.
1:00.6	This morning Donald Trump publicly stated an NBC News federal law enforcement source has
1:04.8	confirmed he is formally a target of the special counsel's criminal investigation into January
1:10.1	6th and efforts to interfere with the 2020 election.
1:13.4	The special counsel's office informed Trump as part of a target letter on Sunday.
1:17.7	The former president says he's been given four days to report to the grand jury, which
1:21.8	almost always means an arrest and indictment.
1:24.6	A spokesperson for the special counsel's office declined to comment.
1:28.1	To be clear, we don't know when Mr. Trump could face charges or what exactly those charges
1:33.1	might be.
1:34.1	The former president accused the special counsel of trying to interfere with his current
1:38.2	presidential candidacy and in a familiar move for Republicans on Capitol Hill today echoed
1:43.2	those attacks.
