We're just moments ago, President Trump spoke to reporters from the Oval Office after signing a series of new executive orders on everything from artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency to presidential pardons for anti-abortion protesters.
1:16.6	He also took some questions from the press, and we are going to bring that Q&A portion in just a moment. But we do begin with President Trump's sweeping overhaul of the U.S. immigration system, taking shape,
1:22.6	testing the limits of his authority, his government's resources, and his support in Congress.
1:32.7	This afternoon, a federal judge ruling part of that agenda goes too far, temporarily blocking the president's executive order to end birthright citizenship.
1:36.2	In his ruling, the judge sided with a group of four Democratic-led states, and he had some
1:41.1	harsh words for the government during the hearing, saying, quote,
1:44.6	I've been on the bench for over four decades.
1:47.0	I can't remember another case where the question presented is as clear as this one.
1:52.3	This is a blatantly unconstitutional order.
1:56.0	Here's Washington State Attorney General,
1:57.9	who was part of the coalition of states that sued, speaking outside of court after the ruling.
