0:00.0	Welcome to Meet the Press Now. I'm Kristen Welker. We begin with breaking news out of Providence, where we're expecting and update at any moment on the investigation into the deadly shooting on the Brown University campus that killed two students and injured nine others this weekend.
0:25.6	It comes as the manhunt for the killer enters its fifth day with law enforcement yet to identify any suspect.
0:31.7	Providence police today releasing images of a person they're trying to identify and speak with, who they say was in proximity
0:38.5	of a person of interest they're seeking.
0:41.3	It comes after police released enhanced video late yet on it.
0:44.4	Marquis Francis joins me from Providence.
0:46.4	And also with me is NBC News Chief Justice and National Affairs correspondent Kelly O'Donnell,

0:52.6	This manhunt now entering its fifth day.
0:56.5	Talk about what those who are on the campus are telling you.
1:00.8	Is it fear?
1:01.4	Is it frustration?
1:02.3	Is it a combination of both?
1:03.8	What are folks telling you?
1:06.6	Absolutely.
1:07.5	Kristen, fear, anxiety, frustration, and now moving towards anger. We know when this
1:13.7	shooting happened last Saturday. We also know where in the building just behind me, but we still have
1:19.6	no video of what exactly happened. Of course, we know there's this person of interest that
1:24.6	law enforcement is looking for, but we have no video of them entering or exiting the building.
1:29.2	And as you noted, law enforcement is now doubling down and pleading with the public for their help in this investigation, sending out that image today of a person they'd like to talk to who was in the proximity of this person of interest, that enhanced video just yesterday.
1:43.7	But still, they are asking for more help from the public.
