This afternoon he spoke to National Guard members there after laying a wreath at Arlington National

Cemetery on the third anniversary of the attack that killed 13 American service members

during the Biden administration's withdrawal from Afghanistan.

The former president tying Vice President Harris directly to that withdrawal, both on social media and in today's remarks.
