And they're joining a place that can seem daunting and anachronistic at the best of times.

The rules can be baffling, like bobbing. You know bobbing in Parliament, you know I never knew as a thing just to try and get the speaker's attention. I mean you stand up and down every

time you want to speak you know the first time I did it I felt really silly doing

and thought what am I doing standing up and down and it's just you just feel like a

bit of a child but it's process and apparently if you don't do it you're not going to get called.

There are so many new faces to learn.

It's a little bit like starting a new hospital or a new school but there's more to learn here than at a new school I think and

obviously there's a enormous number of new faces to get to know.

Actually I've just managed to get a hold of a little book which has got everybody's photograph in with their name, so I've going to spend the evening coming through that, seeing how many of them are actually spoken to.

Even the very building is intimidating.
