I'm doing something different because I already had a scheduled coaching call with my coach Liza and I wanted to talk to you about some stuff that I didn't know if you would want to hear or not but I thought maybe somebody would so I throw it in so I'm going to do a bang bang two for I'm going to try to horseshoe in a meet the nation and a short chat with my coach about my

experiences at the Tuskazore 100 this weekend.

And what is your real life job?

I am going to virtual first grade with my daughter and I also coach runners.

And I also teach for Knowles Wilderness Medicine and I teach for Knowles Wilderness Medicine and I

teach the field courses and I run a nonprofit and every now and again I clean my house.

We forgot the nonprofit the first time.

We got to throw that in.
