This is a Meet the Nation interview.

This is when we call somebody that listens to the podcast just to get to know them a little bit better.

We do a little trivia.

We do some standard questions.

Sometimes people are really well prepared.

Sometimes they're not.

But this is so you can get to know each other better and oh I

wanted to give you another update I am really really close to running so the surgeon's

giving me clearance the PT's working me up to it I got a test I think next week or the

week after and if that test is good then I'm gonna start my return so those coaching

calls are gonna begin and we're really going to, I'm trying to set up

one with the PT, the coach and me for the first ones. You can understand the injuries and stuff like that. But either way, that's coming up. All the races are open for registration. What else?
