Happy Monday everybody. It's Monday that means we're going to do a little short

interview. We call someone that listens to the podcast and ask them some

questions about themselves. Not to boost our ratings or compete for fame but rather to get to know each other better so that when we see each other at races or at 10 junk miles related events.

For example, the Quick Trip 50K that's coming up next weekend,

will say, hey, I remember you, you, your favorite record is blank or you got into running

through blank. So that's why we do it and if you want to do one of these

email me at ten junk miles that you know that com if you've emailed me you're in the

list and I will get you eventually and oh a couple housekeeping matters. One registration

still open for the race, all the Badger races, but it will be swag is only

guaranteed to the 15th.

So if you want to sign up, it's time to sign up.

Don't be that guy that calls me on the 16th and says,

hey, can you do me a favor?

Because I'm gonna say, no, get signed up.

You can get a deferral if you need it. Also there's an official
