And this is where we just call someone to listen to the podcast and hear a little bit about them

I try to do this if you have something that you want me to promote personally a race a product a store company anything

But I will talk about the painful elimination race, which is on the 19th of august in Colcom Laura Park in Hudson Illinois

It's a it's near Bloomington, Illinois. It's a classic elimination ultra with a 4.19-ish mile loop

Finish the loop and under an hour to stay in the running

We go until there is just one runner left our loop is a hundred percent trail about one third wide grass

And two thirds wooded single track. There's free tent camping available

Full service RV camping. It's a perfect event for beginner runners or even experienced runners

It's got good for it's good for families and spectators. It's put on by the shady hollow trail running

They pride themselves on being a non-profit. They spend hundreds of hours creating and maintaining trails

All the race proceeds benefit team blue line an organization that helps wounded or killed police officers and their families

so

Cost for on it for this unlimited day of running is just 50 bucks if you sign up before January 31st after that

It's 60 bucks man. It's always 60 bucks. My god 60 bucks
