Tell us about ReadyWise. Why does it exist and what sets it apart from the competition?

It's always a pleasure to be associated with you and on your show.

ReadyWise was founded about 15 years ago.

Really the basic idea was to help make being prepared easy.

So to take the guessing game out of it to make the storage simple, to make the preparation simple, and to give people an opportunity to have peace of mind

with a simple way of preparing. The concept really started with being able to put meals and

ingredients into a Mylar pouch in a smaller serving size.

The industry had been really based on number 10 cans, which had a lot of of servings and wasn't always convenient for a family of four or six or even a family of one or two.
