Yeah, this is going to be so fun. So it's real casual. It's just, you know, learning a little bit about you and also what it's like to be a coach on the path, supporting members from literally all around the world. So are you ready for some questions?

I am indeed. All right. Let's do this. What surprised you most about your own alcohol journey

is the first one I've got coming to you. What surprised me most was really how easy it was after I found

this naked mind. Truth be had, I did the live alcohol experiment and had an

incredible experience. At about three weeks in, I learned that there was this path program,

and I wanted more. And when I availed myself to that opportunity, I felt just a tremendous amount of support,

not only from the community, but most especially from the coaches.

I knew that I wasn't alone.

And that was surprising.

I thought that I was carrying this burden by myself.
