The Boeckle brothers were one of my first guests on the show, so I wanted to have them back one so you can all see their growth! The Boeckle brothers were apart of my course and have had so much success!

The brothers are heavily involved in real estate and are now getting into the education space! They have really focused on their social media in the past year to try and make a business from it. They’ve been working so hard on it and it is finally starting to pay off! We discuss how I built my youtube subscriber base and my content.

We also discuss the evolution of social media in recent years as well as what we think will happen with the metaverse in the next few years! I think the metaverse will be a lot like real estate, and there is a lot of profit opportunity. For example, Fortnite is very similar to a metaverse. Concerts are held here, people can play with their friends and more. The difference between Fortnite and the actual metaverse is that in the metaverse, no one can take your land. In games and on other platforms, your account can get banned for any reason, whereas this is not possible in the metaverse. There’s also the opportunity to make many of the metaverse, whereas playing a game doesn’t bring you income.

The Boeckle brothers discuss their current operations and plans for the future. They want to buy up to 25 buy and hold properties this year! We talk about how they have Airbnbs in Las Vegas and the problems they encountered. We then talk about the ways Las Vegas an benefit and adjust if Airbnb regulations were changed.
