I'm trying to figure out whether I should do a thorough ball washing or just say his name I'm just gonna say his name

because I think everyone knows him it's's Jeff, Jeff, welcome to the podcast.

Well, it's a pleasure to be with you gentlemen and good day to you both. I will, you know, it's weird, in a weird way, it's an honorable thing that happens these days where I get asked to be on podcast and the buildup is is I think fitting or it's sort of commiserate to somebody who's old.

So it's like every time there's like this fully engaged hey can you believe we got this old

son of a bitch that come on the show like it's it's weird it just lets you know

more than anything else that you've been doing something for a very long time.

To your credit, Jeff, like it's both, like you're qualified and you've adapted too.

Like you mentioned before we started recording, I think you said 48 years old is that where you're at 48?

Yeah, I'm 48 years old that's correct but like I could listen to you and think he's like 30 years old

So your vibe your hip you're with, you know what the kids are talking about,

your old man, get off my lawn vibe is relatively minimal.

Yeah, I, well, I credit Tom Lange for that and I credit the fact that I'll be honest with you, I was really late to mature and that was bad for me in my youth. But I think it's good for me as an older as a person

approaching 50. I still feel young. I still I gravitate towards people whether it's friendships or in the business that are younger and vibrant.

I still have a lot of energy, you know, I mean, and I have to because I got a 12 year old and I'll credit my kids too. I got 12 year old and a 9 year old.

Both my boys are forever trying to kick my ass in something.

And so I just, you got to keep up, man, you got to do the right thing so maybe that's what it is I just I'm probably young at heart young in mind I guess but every time I say something that is a little get off my lawn

Ask I can see the look on Tom laying my producer's face like oh dude that's that sounded a little dude

you're gonna have to worry you're gonna have to worry that Tom going to be getting in that like that age group.

Tom's pushing 30, right?

Oh, he's over 30.

Oh, God.
