Serena was 16 and pregnant.

She turned to an abortion clinic for help.

And they said, you're young, you're poor, and you're in school.

You should abort this baby.

And I knew that I would never do that again.

Her then boyfriend, now husband, was with her.

He's like, I don't know how we'll figure this out, but we'll figure it out.

And we chose life in the parking lot of Planned Parenthood.
