Summary

The Hasselblad X1D is an interesting camera for Medium Format because of its size. The X1D is much smaller than the studio types of models most digital medium format cameras come in. So with a camera that's designed for portability, lenses are a concern because of the sensor size. How do you design a lens that is as compact and portable as the camera itself? Hasselblad currently offer 4 lenses - a 30mm f/3.5, 45mm f/3.5, 90mm f/3.2 and a 120mm macro. I had the opportunity to work with three of these lenses on the Hasselblad X1D over the last month and I'm excited to share the results with you.
