So you can embrace the beauty of its imperfection and honor yourself for showing up every day. JOURNAL PROMPTS: What came up for you as you saw your child 20 years older in front of you? How did you feel when your child hugged you with appreciation? List all the ways you are an amazing mom. Don’t edit, just write. Examples: I laugh a lot with my girls.
