As children, we unknowingly inherit dysfunctional or unhealthy beliefs. This meditation takes you on a journey to find your true self and along the way, remove the inherited unhealthy and dysfunctional beliefs. Find yourself at the end feeling more worthy, strong, empowered, confident, brave and lovable with a beautiful boundary keeping others dysfunctional opinions or beliefs out. Enjoy the journey.

| 4:32.0 | You may see a light, feel a light, sense a light, or just know that this light is deep beautiful beam of light that represents truth and unconditional love. |

| 5:17.0 | A lot of the light. Allow the truth about who you really are to come up to your conscious mind. What's true about you? Dig deep into this light, keep breathing. |
