| 0:51.3 | feel the eyes and let them soften, let the brow be smooth. |
| 1:00.9 | So you can begin to feel the sensation and aliveness and space in the domain of the eyes |

| 1:25.6 | You might let the root of the tongue relax. See if you can feel the sensations, the aliveness in the mouth area and the space sits |

| 2:30.3 | Let the hands rest in a very easy and relaxed way. |
| 2:43.1 | Softening the hands and feeling them from the inside out. See if you can sense the space inside the hands and the aliveness, the tingling and |
| 2:50.7 | vibrating, moving in that space. Let there be an openness to the chest and bring the awareness to the heart area. |
| 3:21.3 | Just feeling the heart from the inside out. |
| 3:28.5 | See if you can sense the space inside the heart. |
| 3:35.3 | That interior space and the aliveness of sensation belly. |
| 4:09.3 | Let this next breath be received in a softening belly, this breath. |

| 4:24.0 | And again, can you imagine the space inside the belly and the aliveness that appears and |
| 4:42.1 | dissolves in that space, the movement of sensation, energy. Continuing to scan down to sense the space and aliveness inside the legs, the volume of the legs, the space and aliveness inside the legs. |
