1:24.1	Everything naturally, scanning the body and noticing if there's any obvious areas of tension

1:35.0	And taking a few moments to just let go wherever you feel, holding.
1:45.5	Be sure to soften in the shoulders, relax the hands.
1:51.8	And softening the belly, relaxing your heart.
2:09.1	Can you imagine the space between your eyes?
2:19.8	Can you imagine the space that fills the nostrils?
2:24.6	Can you imagine and sense the space that fills the lips?
