| 0:35.0 | Aware of the sounds around you. |
| 0:45.0 | And the same kind of listening that you bring to sound, |
| 0:51.0 | listening to and feeling the life of the body. |
| 0:57.0 | Gently scanning through the body with your awareness. |
| 1:02.0 | So you can relax and wake up from the inside out. |
| 1:10.0 | Suffering the eyes. |
| 1:16.0 | Let the brow be smooth. |
| 1:21.0 | In a receptive way, just feel the aliveness of sensation in that region of the face. |
| 1:32.0 | You might relax the mouth by having a very slight smile and a feeling of a smile on the inside of the mouth. |
| 1:41.0 | And then again, receptively feeling the sensations and aliveness in the mouth. |
| 1:58.0 | Allowing the shoulders to relax back and down some fall away from the neck. |
| 2:05.0 | Feeling the area of the shoulders of the awareness. |
| 2:13.0 | Feel the movement of sensation. |
| 2:18.0 | And if there feels like tightness and you sort of clenching, |
| 2:23.0 | see if you can let it float some in awareness. |
| 2:27.0 | Naturally untangle in awareness. |
| 2:34.0 | Letting the hands rest in a very easy, non-effortful way. |
| 2:41.0 | Really relaxed and soft. |
| 2:46.0 | Feeling the hands when they inside out. |
