PAUSE… Slow your breathing down,  And sink into your bed.  Move around a little bit,  Releasing any movements or energy your body needs to express. PAUSE… Stretching,  Expanding,  And then when you’re ready,  Sink into that special position you know so well,  And feel its comfort,  Its welcome,  Its home. LONG PAUSE… Notice the soft warmth that the comfort of relaxation brings.  Feel your body become heavy and light at the same time. Sinking into your bed,  And drifting off into the night.  PAUSE… Breathe… Softly,  Slowly. Breathe… Gently, Deeply. LONG PAUSE… Become aware of the thoughts, feelings and sensations that move within and around you, like waves in the sea.  Notice your connection to the whole. And your hazy drifting between this world,  And the world of dreams.  PAUSE… Release any tension or heaviness that exists within you,  Releasing it,  Dissolving it, With every single breath. LONG PAUSE… Observe your body and the slowly moving waves of energy. Let this calming energy fill the areas that are tense or tight. And then feel a wave of deep relaxation moving through you as your body continues to settle. PAUSE… Gently bring your awareness to your heart. Allow it to expand and open, becoming free and expressed. Feel your body melting into the comfort of the moment. Stay here for a bit, Observing any thoughts or emotions,  As clouds floating on by, As you stay here,  Deep in comfort.  LONG PAUSE… Inhale peace and exhale the day.  PAUSE… You are safe, you are comfortable, and your body is deeply relaxed.  LONG PAUSE… Feel your chest rise and fall with each breath. Feel your body melt a little more.
