There seems to be  no space for you. LONG PAUSE So, imagine gathering up all those thoughts of the day, and like a fluffy dandelion blowing them away. LONG PAUSE Now, see if you can imagine   the tension tight in you,  becoming a ball, that you breathe right through. LONG PAUSE Now take a breath and see the ball, keep on breathing,  Your tension’s becoming small. PAUSE And, as you breathe into the ball, Each breath opens spaces. Tension eases up, and starts dissipating. PAUSE And as the tension softens, and you feel more relaxed, you awaken to the realization that you’ve let yourself become overtaxed. PAUSE So, imagine now,  the last bit of tension dissolves, and leaves you with  a glowing crystal ball. PAUSE The crystal ball sits near your heart, where its magic powers reveal all you need and want. PAUSE Look closely to see  what the crystal ball reveals to you— a pearl-white beach and an ocean turquoise and blue. PAUSE And you see yourself happily walking along the shore, noticing conch shells and moon shells– there's so much to explore. PAUSE And your crystal ball moves up, so you see the clouds and sky. The puffy clouds flow like the ocean as they pass you by. PAUSE And as a blue-green wave laps  gently at your feet, this feeling swells in you– This feeling of being complete. PAUSE As you gaze into the water that goes on forever, you embrace a feeling of peace, a gift so you feel better. PAUSE So you outstretch your arms and open to more peace. You feel it fill your soul in spaces once empty. PAUSE You breathe in, then sit at the water’s edge, and to yourself you make a pledge. PAUSE And in the breeze  that whispers to you, you hear the pledge– a pledge to love yourself– that allows you to feel renewed. PAUSE You pause and look around at your secret beach. You want to keep it with you, keep it always in reach. PAUSE And when the crystal ball brings you back to the here and now, You ask how to keep your secret beach– you want to know how. PAUSE And the crystal ball lights up  right near the heart, and you know that you  and your secret beach will not ever part. PAUSE For the beach lives in you, with its connections and peace. You can go there any time, just close your eyes and breathe. PAUSE And so on those days when your mind and body are stressed, just go to your heart beach and feel joy, calm, and blessed.
