| 0:12.0 | So we'll do a guided practice and take some moments to find your way into a sitting posture, |
| 0:19.5 | just in a way that lets you be upright so that you feel quality of sitting tall. |
| 0:30.7 | And then in that upright posture, take a moment to sense what muscles you might relax. |
| 0:41.7 | If there's a little letting go, that's possible. |
| 0:50.5 | As you start relaxing, become aware of your breath and deepen the in-breath. |
| 0:57.4 | Make it a little fuller so you're breathing in and filling the chest and lungs. |
| 1:03.6 | And then a slow out breath so you can feel the sensations of the breath leaving. |
| 1:11.1 | That's it, inhaling deeply again and a slow out breath. |

| 1:29.3 | And breathing out slowly, letting go, letting go, letting the breath resume in its natural |

| 1:46.9 | A gentle attention sensing the sensations and aliveness inside your body. |

| 2:06.2 | Just notice whatever the state of your heart is right now. |
