Summary

0:38.0	Mm-mm. In the quietness you might begin to scan through the body with your awareness and notice where there's areas of real tightness or tension.
1:01.0	Just take a moment to see if it's possible to soften a little.
1:06.0	Just just see what wants to let go. You might scan slowly through the body starting with the area of the brow, letting the brow be smooth and the eyes soft.
1:33.0	You might even sense you can smile into the eyes,
1:37.0	letting the outer corners lift a little. Explore having a slight but real smile at the mouth.
1:51.0	And as in Master Tiknot Han describes us as smile yoga,
1:56.8	because it sends a message to our whole nervous system
2:01.1	to relax, to be at ease.
2:05.0	You might sense the inside of the mouth smiling.
2:11.0	You can see all the little micro muscles around the eyes,
2:15.0	through the face, relaxing. letting the tongue fill the lower palate.
2:27.0	And see if you can relax down to the root of the tongue.
2:41.0	You become aware of receptive to the feelings through the mouth, the g vibrating of the scalp and skull.
3:11.4	You can sense the head filled with awareness, aliveness.
