Hello everybody, we're running a few experiments on this show today.

0:25.0

For many, many years, many of you have been complaining justifiably about how terrible our theme music has been.

1:39.0

And I asked them if they'd be game to try out a new format.

1:43.0

We are calling it meditation party. Why?

1:47.0

Because meditation is too often sold to us as a solo death march.

1:51.0

But we, meaning Seb, Jeff and I think that is the wrong way to view it.

1:56.0

And we happen to have history on our side for several thousand years.

2:00.0

The Buddhists have talked about the three jewels, the Buddha, the Dharma and the Sangha.

2:06.0
