PAUSE… Let your breath take you there, To the soft stillness inside. The place that will embrace you, And let you melt into her arms. PAUSE… Bring your sadness here, The weight you’ve been carrying. You don’t have to hold it anymore.  PAUSE… Rest in the peace of the stillness, And unpack your tears, Your heartache, Your melancholy. Offer them up here within the safe walls of silence, This calming place that absorbs the pain, And relieves you of the burden. PAUSE… Breathe… And release it all. PAUSE… Release the disappointments, The sorrow, The despair, And let go of any judgements about it all. It’s all okay.  You’re okay. Let the warmth of the stillness receive it all. PAUSE… Every inhale touches the silence. Every exhale melts the sadness away. So breathe in… And breath out. PAUSE... Soon there is nothing left to unpack, It’s all melted away, Deep into the walls of the silence, That nourish your wounds with tenderness. Let the stillness heal you. PAUSE… Now rest, my love,  It’s time to float in your dreams, The ones of joy and possibility, The ones that soothe you with the warmth of your own light. The ones that carry you to the morning with love. PAUSE… So relax, And let the waves of sleep wash over you, Let them calm you, And comfort you.
