| 2:37.8 | And you can deepen that as we've practiced some together with the image and the felt sense of a smile. |
| 2:48.8 | You might imagine the great open sky around us filled with the curve and the sense of a smile, a vast smile. |
| 3:02.8 | Sensing that openness of space and a smile filling it. |
| 3:07.8 | And then letting that smile spread through the mind, letting the mind emerge with that great sky. |
| 3:18.8 | So your mind is filled with the curve and the felt sense of a smile. |
| 3:37.8 | Letting the smile spread through the eyes, lifting the outer corners slightly. |
| 3:44.8 | That's a natural softening, awakening, letting the brow be smooth. |
| 4:07.8 | Losing the jaw be unhinged, slight smile at the mouth, filling the inside of the mouth smiling. |
| 4:16.8 | Noticing the whole play of sensations for the area of the lips, tongue gums teeth. |
| 4:40.8 | You might visualize and sense a smile spreading through the throat area. |
