Mysticism testified. Welcome to this final meditation. We'll start by gently closing our eyes again, stepping into a space of emotionally, physically into relaxation.

Relaxing through our entire body, through our hearts, to our minds, through our nervous systems.

With each breath chest,

coming into relaxation, presence, ease. And when we're feeling relaxed, call back out your heart's true desire, the desire resting beneath your heart.
