We begin by connecting with the purity and sincerity of our prayer. Then this meditation guides us to awaken our bodies, open our hearts, and become a healthy channel for this living universe…receptive and loving toward whatever might unfold through us.

0:48.5	Please find a sitting posture that's relaxed and alert and take a few moments to consciously
0:54.7	arrive.
0:57.7	Senses pause as an invitation to come home to this moment.
1:05.5	Now take a few full breaths to collect your attention, breathing in deeply, opening and
1:12.6	receiving this life breath.
1:17.5	Breathe out slowly, feeling the breath as it's released.
1:22.6	Letting go, letting go.
1:26.9	And again taking in a nice deep full in breath, filling the chest, filling the lungs.
1:36.3	And a slow, smooth out breath.
1:39.4	Letting go, letting go.
1:45.1	And now breathing naturally, bring your attention to the area of the heart, opening to the
1:53.5	feelings, the sensations, the aliveness that's there.
2:02.8	Listening deeply, sense what your heart really longs for, and allow yourself to connect
2:10.1	with the sincerity and the depth of your yearning.
2:17.1	Now take some moments to bring the energy of loving kindness into your body.
2:28.4	And you can do that by sensing and feeling the smile, a curve of a smile at the eyes,
2:37.0	letting the outer corners of the eyes be lifted, letting the brow be smooth.
2:47.3	And you might let a smile spread through the mouth, even feeling a slight smile on the
2:53.1	inside of the mouth.
