1:08.1	We can let the image of a smile help to embody that care.
1:15.8	You might start by imagining or visualizing a smile that spreads through a great open

1:23.6	It's the curve of a smile.
1:31.6	And with an openness and a receptivity of benevolence in the whole atmosphere.
1:43.3	Imagine that your mind can merge with that great open sky.
1:53.6	So the smile is filling your mind, brightening your mind.
2:03.8	You might smile into the eyes and sense the outer corners of the eyes, lift it up a bit
2:15.2	in a smile.
2:17.3	The eyes are smiling, soft, flesh around the eyes, smooth brow.
2:32.6	And sense that you're opening to and bringing kindness and care to that whole area of the
2:43.5	brow.
2:46.5	And relaxing, soothing, gentle presence.
3:03.0	Let your jaw be unhinged.
3:06.3	Just light smile at the mouth.
3:18.0	Let the tongue fill the lower palate, relaxing down to the root of the tongue.
