LONG PAUSE… With each breath, let your body become heavier, Sinking into the embrace of your mattress, Supported, Secure, Safe. PAUSE… Imagine a gentle wave of relaxation flowing from the crown of your head, Down to your toes, Softening every muscle, Smoothing out every tension. LONG PAUSE… Your eyelids are growing heavier, Your breathing is slowing, Deeper, More rhythmic. With every exhale, You’re drifting closer to sleep. PAUSE… In this serene darkness, Your mind is quieting, Your heart is unwinding, Your soul is bathing in tranquility. PAUSE… Feel the gentle rhythm of your heart, A soothing beat, A lullaby all its own, Guiding you towards dreams. LONG PAUSE… Now, let there be nothing else but this moment, This breath, This comfort. Here, you are free from all burdens, Your responsibilities have melted away, And the night holds you in her loving arms. PAUSE… Everything is settled, Everything is still, And you are ready to cross into the land of sleep.
