But first you must let, All of it go, Your need to control every piece.  Let your jaw release, Let your eyes get heavy, Let your entire face just melt. Lower your shoulders, And open your chest, Let go of all you’ve felt.  PAUSE… Breathe and relax, Calm down real slow.  Breathe and release, And let yourself go. LONG PAUSE… Imagine your mind, So full and so fast, It all feels so heavy and raw.  Imagine your breath, Grabbing what’s there, And carrying it out till it’s gone.  PAUSE… Over and over again, You gather them up, All of those thoughts and those plans.  And each time you breathe, They all get released, Dissolving into tiny little grams.  PAUSE… Breathe and relax, Calm down real slow.  Breathe and release, And let yourself go.
