Summary

Being in a state of "oneness" is one of the best ways to strengthen your connection to God, Universe, Source and your angels, guides, and departed loved ones.

The following 12-minute meditation is an excerpt from the book Looking for Angels: A Guide to Understanding and Connecting with Angels. It helps you to become present with and in a state of oneness by getting into your soul's energy and vibration (as much as we can feel it here on Earth).

Use this meditation daily to set your energetic state, and come back to it when you need to shift it. It can also help to realign and connect with your higher self or if you simply need to bring peace, calm and ease to your day.

Before listening, find a quiet space where you can dedicate yourself just to this practice. It is preferred for you to be seated or lying down and in a place where you can close your eyes and be free from all distractions. Do not play or use this meditation while operating machinery or completing responsibilities where you need to focus.
