And last week, we looked at thoughts and the importance of thoughts and understanding our

relationship to thoughts, not only in meditation, but also in our day-to-day lives.

And for me personally, that, that understanding of

thoughts being separate to us and not necessarily truth or reality has been a massive sort of

shift for me in terms of learning how to slow down and simplify and remove myself from

expectations and, you know, obligations and all those kind of heavy, heavy things that we

often carry around with us. And this week is a continuation on that. Kevin talks us through

emotions and the role that emotions have in, again, not only our meditation practice, but also

our day-to-day lives and how learning to meditate

and understand that our emotions, again, are separate from, you know, who we are as a human
