... Let the attention come to the breath, taking a nice full in breath, filling the chest

And a slow out breath, be aware of the and the lungs.

And a slow out breath, be aware of the sensations of releasing the breath.

And again, inhale deeply, filling the chest and lungs. Slow out breath. Feel the sensations of releasing, relaxing outward and letting go. One more time now, inhale deeply. Slow out breath, letting go, letting go.

And then as the breath resumes in its natural rhythm, sense of continued relaxing with the breath.

Just feel a sense of space and aliveness in that region. feeling into the eyes.
