PAUSE… I release any negative thoughts or emotions that may keep me from sleeping soundly. My breath is slow, deep, and relaxing. I trust that my body knows how to take care of itself. PAUSE… I am surrounded by a calming and peaceful energy. I am filled with gratitude for this opportunity to rest and recharge. I allow myself to let go of any worries or concerns and trust that they will be resolved in due time. PAUSE… I am grateful for the gift of sleep and the healing it brings to my mind and body. I am surrounded by a sense of safety and comfort. My mind and body are in harmony with one another. PAUSE… I trust in the natural rhythms of life, including the cycle of sleep and wakefulness. I am surrounded by a supportive and loving energy that helps me sleep peacefully. I allow myself to sink deeper and deeper into relaxation. PAUSE… I am filled with gratitude for the love and support in my life. My mind is clear and focused on positive thoughts. I am worthy of a peaceful and restful sleep. PAUSE… I am grateful for the peace and quiet of the night. I release any worries or concerns about tomorrow and trust that everything will work out as it should. I am surrounded by a sense of peace and tranquility. PAUSE… My body is relaxed and comfortable. I am grateful for this moment of stillness and quiet. I trust in the natural flow of life. PAUSE… I release any tension in my body and allow myself to sink deeper into relaxation. I am filled with gratitude for the love and abundance in my life.
