| 1:16.6 | May you allow yourself to surrender to the deep and nourishing sleep that awaits you. |
| 1:33.0 | And let's start by taking three deep breaths in, |
| 1:37.9 | filling your body with refreshing air each time until it can't expand anymore. |
| 1:45.0 | And exhaling all the day's air out. |
| 1:53.0 | Another deep breath in, imagining the air coming in and cleansing you. |
| 2:00.0 | And letting all that air out last deep breath in |
| 2:15.6 | and exhale it all out. |
| 2:20.3 | Now settle into the natural rhythm of your breath, inviting your body to melt just a little bit more into your bed. |

| 4:56.3 | And the warmth of the day is still lingering in the water. Let yourself feel the soothing waves tickle your feet. |
