It's very hard to have a bad day when you start your day in gratitude. In this episode, I go through a practice that my friends and I have used after morning workouts and it has been very impactful for me. When I think about meditation I think about someone sitting cross-legged, like a monk type person sitting cross-legged, their eyes closed, and sitting there for a

extended period of time. And you know I've tried to follow different meditation routines and some have worked and some haven't.

I don't really call this a meditation, but that's, it definitely is.

It is what we call gratitude practice.

So we will do our workout and then in the cool down
