What what? And yeah, we are three quarters of the way to a century. And why that's particularly

interesting or important. But we are back to talk about meditation. This is our current slow home experiment for the month to practice meditation daily.

And as I think I said last week, this has been a massive game changer for me.

I'm absolutely loving the learning process of it. There are days that I'm not loving the learning process of it.

There are days that I'm not loving the actual practice of meditation because it really frustrates me,

but it's something that I'm very much enjoying.

So why is it?

It's a good question, actually.

Because it's taking things that, like, rationally I knew and would sometimes talk about,

you know, the ability to just sit and be with our thoughts and to not grab onto them and, you know, to practice stillness and to learn the discipline

of not letting ourselves be distracted all the time. Like, they're all things that I've

spoken about and written about sometimes at great length, but this is packaging it up into a practice that

I've just committed to for the 30 days. And I almost certainly will continue with, you know,

daily going beyond the experiment. But I think there is something more to it than that too. And I can't

quite put my finger on it, but I'm absolutely feeling,

I'm feeling different. I wouldn't, some days I feel like I'm more patient. I think my

patience is actually better, but my tolerance for BS is less. Next to nil. Yeah, but I, I think
