| 1:48.0 | The key to healing these parts is to go into them, get to know them, which then transforms them. |

| 2:15.0 | Close your eyes and take a deep breath. with each breath, letting go and release it. |

| 2:27.0 | With each breath, letting go and releasing any tension or tightness in the body. Taking another deep breath and releasing more. Feel your shoulders, relaxing, moving down away from your ears. Your back becomes loose. |
