And the The illusion reflects that we must go find love, that it exists outside of us, that we must find people,

circumstances, or things to give us that feeling of love.

The truth is that we're nothing but love,

and we don't have to do anything to get it,

for it is within. Let us journey inward to experience this now. Close

your eyes and take some deep breaths.

Let us travel deep within, deep down inside of yourself.

Taking another breath, Allow your awareness to fall deep inside of you.

Feel yourself gently traveling inside of your being.

As if you're a deep sea diver, swimming and exploring the abyss.

Imagine yourself diving deep, deep into your insides, swimming down, down, down, deeper, deeper and deeper.

It feels warm, it feels safe, yet it looks dark, the deeper we swim. As we swim deeper inside of ourselves,

look for the spark of light deep within you.

Travel all throughout your being searching for this light. It could be a tiny spark or bigger than a spark. You will know it when you see it.

If you are alive and breathing you have this spark of light. Just go deep enough so you can find it.

Keep breathing and allow your breath to take you deeper inside. Once you find this spark, just observe it and notice it. Watch it.

You will notice that as you gaze at this spark it begins to grow and expand.

It gets bigger and bigger.

Allow it to grow and watch it as it illuminates your whole inner being.

As this light continues to expand through your inner being,

breathe it in.
