I'm Mary Meckley, and I welcome you as we reach midweek in this week's series.

This is day four of your body's secret timetable. And this is where

every day this week, you are practicing and noticing what works for you as you attuned to

your unique peak performance. And that changes with the seasons. Sometimes

you might find that you're able to exercise really well and be very motivated. And then other

times you might notice that you have a hard time finding the focus or the energy to do anything and you might let your fitness slip.

It's the same with your productivity.

Maybe at work, some days you are so on fire to focus.

And other days you can barely get through the day, or maybe your

relationships, or your diet, what you're eating. A lot of this has to do with your hormonal

harmony. So today, your insight is going to be decoding your chemical clocks. And I want to share with you your featured meditation technique because you could hold this hand mudra as I share your insight with you.

And then you'll be guided in a meditation to help you create more hormonal harmony.

So first, your technique.

This is called the Varoon Mudra.

A mudra is simply a way you position your hands

to stimulate a corresponding region of your brain.

So this Varun Mudra is easy to do.
